Captain BalfourI have not had my attention drawn to any undue delays. A.T.C. Rules and Regulations provide that cadets can attest in the R.A.F. at the age of 17¼, if they so desire and if 1065W they have passed the appropriate tests. It is, however, expressly stipulated that such men will be placed on deferred service and will not be called up for Air Force training earlier than is the general rule.
