Friend to the reply I gave him on 19th February and, as regards the second part, I would refer him to the reply I gave my hon. Friend the Member for Newport (Sir R. Clarry) on 20th May. The fortification of white flour will be proceeded with by districts and fortified flour will be available shortly in the first district selected.
