§ Mr. PeakeTwo men were concerned in the case referred to. A young man aged 19 was on 25th July placed on probation for two years. Another man aged 54, who was charged with him, was sentenced a week earlier to a total of eight months' imprisonment. As I understand the latter has given notice of appeal, my hon. Friend will appreciate that I am unable to make any further comment on the case.
