Rossasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that workmen from Northern Ireland, moved to English factories by the Ministry of Labour, were promised that they should be given leave to go to their homes once every six months, and that their fares would be paid both ways; that there are cases where this engagement has not been carried out; and whether he will take steps to rectify this hardship?
