§ Mr. MacmillanI am aware that there is certain spare capacity in Leeds, not all of it suitable for the production of modern munitions of war. The regional representative of the Ministry of Supply. who maintains comprehensive records of all available capacity in his area, is making every effort to see that it is put to the best possible use. These records are also available to the Regional Production Board, and through them to all Supply Departments.
