§ Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport whether he will take action to prevent persons whose houses have been demolished by bombing from having to pay electricity charges or the like for any of the time after the bombing; and is he aware that cases are occurring in Clyde-side where charges for as much as four months are being made since the bombing took place?
