Major Lloyd GeorgeI can assure my hon. Friend that cocoa from West Africa is being brought to this country to the full limit of the shipping position. The Ministry is endeavouring to draw the attention of the public to the value of cocoa as a beverage. As regards my hon. Friend's suggestion in the last part of his Question, the supplies of dried milk which are being received from the Dominions are intended primarily to meet the anticipated shortage of milk in this country during the coming winter. They are not available for such manufacturing purposes as my hon. Friend has in view.
