Major Lloyd GeorgeAs I have already explained in answer to previous Questions, spring onions are not normally sold on a weight basis and any statement of the price per pound is, therefore, misleading. As regards the last part of my hon. and gallant Friend's Question certain steps are about to be taken but it would not be in the national interests to announce these in advance.
