Member for London University in December last, and again in March last?
§ Mr. H. MorrisonAs my hon. Friend is aware, Mr. Elias desires to go to the United States of America and he will be released if he can obtain permission to enter that country. Unless and until he is able to obtain from the United States authorities a visa for this purpose, I am afraid that there is no further action which I can take.
