§ Captain A. Grahamasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to recent evidence demonstrating that supervision by a biological specialist gives a marked increase to the effectiveness of certain service methods of camouflage; and whether he is now prepared to place all war camouflage under the supervision of a specialist of recognised position in the relevant branch of biological science?
§ Mr. H. MorrisonI am aware of the work done for the Army, and on the Camouflage Committee, by a distinguished biologist. This gentleman has just completed a course, undertaken at his own request, at the Army Camouflage Training and Development Centre, and has been commissioned in the Royal Engineers. Full advantage has been taken of his knowledge on the biological aspect of camouflage.
