§ Mr. ButlerAs regards petroleum products, the position remains as explained in the reply returned to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) on 27th November. As regards munitions, all exports of arms, ammunition and aircraft are subject to licence and no license have been issued for such exports to Japan during the past two years.
