§ Mr. BevinThe only available information relates to the issue of permits, of which I append a table. During the period from 1st May, 1940, to 30th November, 309W 1940, the following permits have been issued to the nationals concerned:
More than one permit was in certain cases issued during the period in respect of the same individual. On the other hand, there are a considerable number of cases in which a permit was not required.
