§ Mr. Rhys Daviesasked the Home Secretary whether he will enter into an arrangement with the Canadian Government whereby aliens deported to that Dominion from this country, who have the necessary qualifications to enter, may he allowed to proceed direct from Canada to the United States of America instead of being brought back to this country and then sent to the United States of America?
