§ Captain MargessonIn addition to reductions in the quantities of bread, meat,74W bacon, tea and sugar made last year, a, reduction from 10 ounces to eight ounces was made in the daily meat ration from 6th January, and a reduction will be made from 12 ounces to 10 ounces in the daily bread ration and from 2½ ounces to two ounces in the daily flour ration at the beginning of February.
