Mr. AlexanderNine rail transport officers are employed by the Admiralty. Their duty is to arrange the speedy, efficient and economical transport of naval personnel and material, and they have fulfilled this duty to my satisfaction. Owing to the great increase in traffic, a scheme is being discussed for the Admiralty to make use of Army Movements Control organisation for certain purposes.
