Mellorasked the Attorney-General whether, having regard to the increasing number of claims for damages by subjects against the Crown owing to the extended activities of Government Departments and, in particular, owing to the many accidents involving Service drivers, he will reconsider his decision not to introduce the Crown Proceedings Bill in order that justice in such matters may more evidently be done?
