§ Captain MargessonI am awaiting a report on the case to which my hon. Friend refers, and I am certainly ready to give sympathetic consideration to all such cases that are brought to my attention. As my hon. Friend is no doubt aware, compensation payable for requisitioned property is governed by the Compensation (Defence) Act, 1939.
