asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can now make some statement regarding the Government's intention to adjust the payment to old age pensioners, having regard to the increased cost of living?

asked the Minister of Health whether he has considered, or will consider, increasing the rate of pension and allowance to widows of between 50 and 60 years of age with dependent children, particularly in view of the hardships prevailing among this section of the community?
