Mellorasked the Minister of Labour whether his attention has been 815W called to the shortage of architects and architects' assistants in certain districts, where new construction in connection with Government contracts is necessary and where some reconstruction is also desirable in the public interest; and whether he will consider restoring some measure of reservation of these categories for certain selected districts where the need of their services is exceptionally urgent?
