§ Mr. H. MorrisonThe valuation in question should, I am informed, be completed within six months and is required for the purposes stated in the latter part of the Question. No councils have yet been approached regarding transfer of property but the position is as stated in the reply which I gave to my hon. Friend on 4th December. I understand the Commissioners will shortly be communicating with the Councils.
