Mr. David Adamsasked the Undersecretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the increased cost of production and cost of living with which rice growers in British Guiana are having to contend, and the increase of only 20 cents per bag which the grower is being paid by the Rice Marketing Board, he will arrange that the charges for rice milling should be controlled, and the growers not subjected to arbitrary increases in these charges?
