§ Mr. AmeryNo Sir. In the present war Indians in this country are liable to compulsory military service in the same circumstances as Dominion nationals. Ex-emption is granted in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the National Service (Armed Forces) Act, to which I would invite the hon. Member's attention.
