§ Mr. PeakeI can assure my hon. Friend that it has always been the desire of His Majesty's Government that full use should be made of the man-power of Northern Ireland. Arrangements for achieving this end have been made in collaboration with the Government of Northern Ireland and are constantly reviewed.
