Mooreasked the Undersecretary of State for the Colonies what steps he proposes to take to remedy the present disparity in the issue to Jamaica of special preference certificates; and whether he is aware that under existing arrangements Jamaica receives for her export sugar approximately 10s. per ton less than other Colonies by reason of this disparity?
