§ Captain WaterhouseThe Dyestuffs Controller already has the assistance of an advisory committee and of two part-time technical advisers appointed respectively by the Association of British Chemical Manufacturers and the Colour Users' Association. As at present advised, I therefore do not consider there is any need for the additional appointment suggested.
