§ Captain MargessonCompensation will be paid from Army funds assessed under the conditions of Allowance Regulations, 1938, in respect of articles of full-dress uniform damaged or destroyed by enemy action in Great Britain, if and when it is necessary for officers to replace the articles for the further performance of their military duties, and provided the claimant has not received payment from any other source.
