§ The Solicitor-GeneralThe difficulties which may arise in connection with future dealings with properties in bombed areas which are subsequently rebuilt, will require very careful consideration in connection with the general problem of the replanning of these areas. I can assure my hon. and gallant Friend that the point to which he draws attention will receive careful consideration, but my Noble Friend is not in a position to give an undertaking in the terms asked.
