§ Mr. HicksIncreases in the rates of the industrial staffs in the Royal Parks, ranging from 6s. to 9s. a week, have just been granted with effect from 1st January, 1941. These were agreed on the miscellaneous trades joint council for Government industrial establishments and form part of a larger negotiation affecting Government industrial rates in the London area. No memorials on the subject have been received from the employés in the Royal Parks.
