§ Mr. MabaneAs regards the enforcement of the black-out in Government Departments, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply giver: him on 20th March; and as regards military establishments I would refer him to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for War in reply to a Question by the hon. and gallant Member for Berwick and Haddington (Captain McEwen) on 25th March, and to the reply which my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary gave to the hon. Member for Lincoln (Mr. Liddall) on 3rd April. I am inquiring into the specific cases to which the hon. Member has called attention.
