§ Mr. Grovesasked the Minister of Health whether further consideration has been given to the question of increasing the capitation fee payable to insurance practitioners, or granting them a per capita war bonus, having regard to the increased cost of living and the increased practice expenses, as well as to the fact that the fee was fixed on an insurance basis which has entirely changed by reason of so many of the healthiest insured persons being withdrawn from civil life and serving with the armed forces?
§ Mr. E. BrownYes, Sir. This Question has received full consideration. I have come to the conclusion that under present conditions I should not be justified in proposing an increase in the capitation fee.
