§ Mr. H. MorrisonEvery Regulation made under the Emergency Powers Act is laid before Parliament as soon as may be after it is made in accordance with the requirement of that Act. The Regulations on the subject mentioned are those numbered 18B, 18BA, 18BB and 18D. All of them date from last year or earlier, and I do not know what my hon. Friend has in mind by his reference to new or proposed Regulations.
