§ Captain Pluggeasked the Minister of Pensions whether veterinary surgeons, animal service helpers, and animal Stewards, who have enrolled with the National Air-raid Precautions Animals Committee are covered for the purposes of Civil Defence service injuries in the performance of their important duties concerning casualties due to enemy action among the animal population of the country?
§ Sir W. WomersleyThe Schedule of Civil Defence Organisations attached to the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme includes "any organisation established and maintained by the National Air-raid Precautions Animals Committee for the purpose of protecting the public from animals which become panic-stricken or contaminated with gas as a result of enemy action."
