Major Lloyd GeorgeUnrationed foodstuffs are in general being distributed by868W wholesalers to retailers on the basis of the volume of pre-war trade, subject to some adjustment to meet changes of population. I have no evidence to suggest that there is discrimination in favour of large retailers.
