MorrisonThe number of children under 16 years of age who were killed by enemy action in the whole of the London Civil Defence Region between 1st January, 1941, and 28th February, 1941 (the latest date for which figures are available) inclusive was 76. The number injured and detained in hospital during the same period was 136. Separate figures are not available in respect of those portions of the area which have been declared evacuation areas for the purposes of the Government evacuation scheme
