§ Mr. Grovesasked the President of the Board of Education whether arrangements will be made for girls between 16 and 20 years of age, whose parents had intended them for professional courses at a university, to proceed overseas to enable them to undertake study at a Dominion university, and for the payment by the parents of the educational fees as well as subsistence allowance into a central fund here to be disbursed under the supervision of his Department?
