§ Mr. AmeryIf the hon. Member will let me know the reasons for his suggestion I will be glad to consider them. But the accepted method of stating the incidence of disease in ratios per 1,000 appears to give the most satisfactory actual and comparative information as to health conditions, while there might also be military objections to giving detailed figures of actual strengths in war time.
