§ Mr. LawConsiderable quantities of the necessary lamps are on order, all possible action has been taken to accelerate production, and large quantities of suitable lamps should be available in the near future. Meanwhile, ordnance officers in each Command have been instructed to meet urgent local needs as far as possible by purchase from retailers.
