§ Viscount CranborneIn response to a suggestion from the Government of Eire, which we greatly appreciate, discussions have been taking place between the two Governments with a view to facilitating the reception in Eire of mothers and children from evacuation areas in this country who are able to make arrangements for permanent accommodation for themselves and their children. Detailed arrangements for giving effect to these proposals are now under discussion between the two Governments.
