Mr. M. MacDonaldThe officers in question have authority to assist the committee with their advice and generally to 387W keep in touch with the proceedings on my behalf. Normally two such observers attend each meeting. If the situation indicated in the last part of the Question were to arise, the action taken would depend upon the nature of the issue involved.
