§ Mr. Daggarasked the Minister of Health, whether he is aware that public assistance committees, in assessing the-need of applicants for relief, have to take into their calculations allowances made by members of His Majesty's Forces; and whether he will take steps to enable guardians' committees to disregard the whole, or part, of such allowances in appropriate cases?
