Mr. M. MacDonaldFor the moment all efforts in the London Region are being concentrated on getting children and their mothers out of the Central London area, consisting of the County of London and the County Boroughs of East and West Ham, where a house-to-house canvas is now being carried out. When this has been completed I will again review the position and any further changes which appear desirable and practicable will be made. In this review the representations which I have received on behalf of Willesden, and a large number of other areas, will be carefully weighed.
