§ Mr. EdenAll members of His Majesty's Forces are entitled to travel at public expense on two leave journeys a year. On all other leave journeys they may travel at the reduced rate of single journey for half single fare, and return journey at single fare. Increase of railway charges was one of the reasons for the increase of the pay of warrant officers, non-commissioned officers and men by sixpence a day.
