§ Mr. E. BevinThe arrangements to be made within the coal mining industry are primarily a matter for my hon. Friend the Secretary for Mines. My Department has made and will continue to make, every effort to secure the location of new undertakings and to placing of contracts in areas where suitable labour is available, including Glamorgan.
