§ Mr. Silkinasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the delay, amounting in some cases to five weeks, in disposing of time-bombs in residential areas causing hardship to persons affected, who are thus rendered homeless; and whether, by the employment of additional units of the Royal Engineers, or otherwise, he will take steps to expedite the disposal of time-bombs?
