WomersleyIt is not possible to lay down a hard and fast rule in regard to injuries sustained by officers and ratings outside their ships or establishments, but compensation would be payable under the Naval War Pensions Order-in-Council in respect of an injury sustained in the circumstances referred to by my hon. Friend if the accident were attributable to the conditions or special risks of naval service.
