§ Mr. ButlerNo, Sir. The Egyptian Government have already made substantial concessions in the matter of import duties, as a result of which members of His Majesty's Forces in Egypt can purchase supplies of tobacco and cigarettes at roughly the same prices as in the United Kingdom.
