§ Mr. Harold MacmillanI would refer my hon. Friend to the answers which were given to him on 14th February and 25th April. Since February additional orders have been placed in Northern Ireland. Although my right hon. Friend is not in a position to commit himself to any definite promises in the matter, he is prepared to review the position afresh.
