§ Sir W. WomersleyClaims in respect of injuries caused by air raids should, in the first instance, be made to the local office of the Assistance Board, who act for this purpose as agents for my Department. The address of the Board's local office may be obtained at the nearest post office. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of a leaflet which I issued last September to all local authorities, hospitals and Civil Defence organisations explaining the procedure for such claims in detail.
