§ Mr. Harold MacmillanHis Majesty's Office of Works are doing much of the large factory construction required by the Ministry of Supply, and I am advised that their practice is to distribute the quantity surveying work among as many firms as possible. Quantity surveying requirements for the smaller factories are recruited as required through the Central Register at the Ministry of Labour.
