§ Sir J. AndersonBadges are awarded by local authorities in recognition of definite obligations undertaken by members of air-raid-precautions services. The question whether badges should be issued to persons carrying out the duties indicated by the hon. Member would be determined by the local authority concerned, in the light of their full knowledge of the particular circumstances.
